Jaroslav has over 20 years of hospitality service and management background. He worked in some of the busiest bars in London before he moved into restaurant business and make his way up from FOH staff to the management of some notable establishments in central London and Mayfair.
Last four years before joining Avenue Hospitality Jaroslav led a team of F&B managers for Edinburgh University Students’ Association and for four seasons managed delivery of Edinburgh Fringe festival WET outlets.
Through the years Jaroslav invested a significant amount of time into developing expertise in various fields of hospitality management.
His educational background includes Higher bartending certification, WSET L3 certification, L7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management.
Jaroslav is Chartered Manager and a member of several professional bodies in the industry.
In Avenue, Jaroslav dedicates his time almost equally to work with clients helping them developing their brand and executing a business strategy for Avenue Hospitality, developing the company internationally.

Since graduating with a BA Hotel Business Management Daniel has had a strong passion for hotels and had spent his entire career in the hospitality industry, he is Six Sigma Green Belt and Kaizen facilitator. Daniel believes in helping businesses be agile and creating a “can do” mindset.
