Pawel has mastered his skills and passion working in the UK and the USA. He has managed some of the busiest restaurants in central London, creating a very strong, excellent reputation in the city for being reliable, creative and always up for a new challenge. He has created a range of menus for different venues and knows all the major suppliers in the Country.
Richard has over 30 years of Hospitality experience.Classically trained in some of the finest kitchens including The Ritz Hotel & Brian Turner’s to Michelin Dining across Europe. This led him to open his first restaurant & quickly gain critical acclaim with The Evening Standard and The AA guide for his pioneering Modern British approach. He regularly appeared on the NBC food channel & lectured at catering colleges.
Proven track record on improving all aspects of restaurants operations including financials, kitchen &restaurant design. New concept development, supply chain management. FOH& BOH multi site management, as well as keeping a close eye on current trends.
Paul started his journey in the industry 15 years ago and worked his way up to the General Manager in a number of cocktail bars, restaurants and sport bars. His passion has always been cocktails and good quality food. His strong points are Increasing Sales, training and motivating staff & managers, event planning, fixing and controlling stock and wage cost, designing menus.
